• If you want Be My...., Will you Be My....or just their role, Best Man, Groomsman, Usher, Father of the Bride, Father of the Groom, Officiant, or another role.
• If you want the message in the ad photo or a different message
• The names of those in your Wedding Party and their roles. 
• Destination/Location or City and State       
• Date of Wedding, Day of the week
• If you want the batch number as the date and the bottle number numbered for each person like in the ad photo - and if so please send who gets which number OR do you want the date of the week, SAT as the batch number and the date as the bottle number?
• How you want them signed, Cheers or Approved by, and Your Name/Fiance's Name
• Any Custom Requests or Details you would like included.  

**Proofs of your labels will be sent within 24 hours of the label purchase and receipt of ALL information needed to complete your labels.
